  • Do your products have an expiration date?
    Yes. For the jars, after opening, you have a year to use them up before it expires, or you can refer to the expiration date on the box whichever comes first. For the masks, refer to the expiration date on the packaging.
  • How long do the products last?
    Generally, the jar products would last your 2-3 months depending on amount of usage.
  • Are your products cruelty-free?
    Yes! We are cruelty-free and currently working on obtaining a certification for it.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Yes! We are proud to be Eve Vegan certified 😊
  • Are your products organic/natural?
    We are not organic/natural, but we stick with our philosophy of having plant extracts to maximize their nutrients to the skin.
  • Are your products clean?
    Again, clean beauty is such a controversial and subjective term in the skincare industry. We did our own research of what ingredients can cause harmful effects on the skin and we listed them down and swore to never use them. For more details, click here.
  • Are your products fragrance-free?
    Our leave-on jar products (such as the moisturizer) are fragrance-free. However, our cleansing products and masks have fragrance in it so you can enjoy that sensorial experience. We made sure to use hypoallergenic fragrance for those.
  • Where are the products made?
    We are proud to be K-beauty. Our products are from Korea.
  • How should I store my products?
    Preferably in a cool & dry place. 
  • Do your products contain soy?
    Nope!
  • Are your products recyclable?
    Glad you asked! Yes. For the cleansing balm, you can recycle it in your typical recycling bin at home since everything is made of PP plastic. For the moisturizer, the jar is made of PET and the lid is ABS. You can recycle the jar part but need to throw the lid separately.
