Shipping Processing & Delivery:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Transit times vary by region:

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $34.99

Shipping Regions:

At this time, we only ship within the United States โ€” but weโ€™re working on expanding internationally soon. Stay tuned!

Important Notes:

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order โ€” weโ€™re unable to make changes after the order is submitted.

Every SoloVegan item is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse, so you can feel confident it will arrive in excellent condition.

We accept cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email info@gosolovegan.comย as soon as possible. After this window, cancellations canโ€™t be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Shipping & Lost Package Policy

Once your order has been fulfilled and scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Ownership and risk of the package transfers to the customer upon shipment. If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist in providing any necessary documentation for carrier claims, but we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the carrier.
