Refund policy
At SoloVegan, your satisfaction means the world to us. While we don’t accept traditional returns, we do have flexible options to make things right when needed. To get started, please contact us at info@gosolovegan.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick description of the issue.
Full Refunds or Replacements
We are happy to issue a full refund or product replacement if you received the wrong product, your product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective, or if you experienced a skin reaction or sensitivity (with photo proof and description). Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No need to ship the item back! We’ll notify you once your request is reviewed and let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
Store Credit
We offer store credit on select cases such as if you’re unhappy with the product’s performance, placed a duplicate order, or changed your mind about a gift.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to help — no return shipment required.
Not Eligible
We are unable to offer refunds or credit for final sale or discounted items, products that are empty or used, and requests made after 30 days of delivery.
Items returned without notice may be charged a 15–50% restocking fee + $7.95.
Order Cancellation
We allow cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing your order. To proceed with a cancellation, please email us at info@gosolovegan.com as soon as possible. After this window, cancellations can’t be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.
